Mr. Shi is a Tax expert based in Beijing. He is an experienced Chinese lawyer specialized in PRC tax services. He has a broad client portfolio of Multinational companies and domestic and foreign companies, especially those in High-tech industry.

Mr. Shi assists clients with tax planning and tax incentive application in China, transfer pricing, anti-tax avoidance investigation, tax dispute solution, tax structure related to outbound and inbound China investment.  Mr. Shi also has rich experience in PRC Corporate Law practice.

Mr. Shi worked with Hwuason Law Firm as a tax partner from 2007 to 2012, providing PRC tax services.

Mr. Shi graduated from Peking University Law School. He is licensed to law practice in China  and also holds the qualification of  Certificated Enterprise Legal Advisor .
