Hi! I’m Viktoriia, an immigration attorney who knows firsthand the rollercoaster of the immigration process—because I’ve been through it myself. I understand the excitement, the stress, and the occasional "Wait, why does USCIS need this document?" moments.
My legal journey started at Kazan Federal University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Constitutional Law(because what’s more fun than studying the laws that run a country?). Then, I took my legal skills international and completed an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy at Chicago-Kent College of Law in the U.S.
Before focusing on immigration, I gained valuable experience during my six-month externship at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Financial Crimes and Corruption Unit, handling cases involving fraud and corruption (don’t worry, I was on the good side).
For over two years, I’ve also worked alongside immigration attorneys at Children’s Legal Center, helping immigrant children and families navigate the legal system. That experience, combined with my own journey, reinforced my passion for immigration law—I know the stakes are high, and I fight for my clients like it’s my own case.
Whether you’re filing for a visa, adjusting status, or trying to make sense of USCIS’s ever-changing rules, I’m here to help. Let’s make your immigration process smoother (and maybe even a little less stressful).
